I’m a Provider Executive focused on healthcare partnerships and business operations, where I drive provider network expansion through regional coverage analysis and provider gap identification. I led the Go Digit (Adani) provider network expansion project, onboarding ~150 hospitals and helping grow the network from 14,000 to over 16,000 hospitals nationwide.

I strengthen operational accuracy and reporting by performing data mapping, validation, and analysis of 3,000+ provider records. I also prepare and analyze major annual IRDAI regulatory reports for key insurance partners, ensuring MIS reporting compliance for insurers including New India Assurance, Oriental Insurance, and ICICI Lombard.

As the primary SPOC for eight insurance partners, I manage stakeholder communication, operational coordination, and issue resolution. I additionally handle high-priority corporate and VIP claims escalations, coordinating with insurers, hospitals, TPAs, and internal teams while supporting package negotiations with tertiary care hospitals to improve service delivery.
