What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own production support and incident resolution work, using monitoring, root-cause analysis, cloud data tools, and cross-functional collaboration to improve system reliability and customer outcomes.

At Rishabh Software, I diagnose production software bugs, application errors, and data issues while maintaining 100% SLA compliance across monthly incidents and service requests.

I've reduced average incident resolution time to 3–4 hours through log analysis, data validation, and root-cause investigation using Datadog, Kibana, SQL, AWS Athena, Jira, and Zendesk. I also troubleshoot API issues with Postman and Swagger, validating fixes before development handoff.

I monitor business-critical application health, configure real-time alerts, and coordinate high-severity incidents with Development, QA, DevOps, and onshore teams. I work comfortably from the first alert through to a resolved ticket.

I've also created Confluence troubleshooting and user guides, supported RPA-based production monitoring workflows, and resolved reporting data discrepancies.
