I’m a detail-oriented professional coordinating processes, managing documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced production environments. I bring rigor to organizing complex workflows, maintaining accurate records, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

In my current roles at GB Foods Ghana, I coordinate quality checks across raw materials and finished goods and keep precise, audit-ready documentation. I identify problems early and propose practical solutions while working closely with production and management teams. I also monitor and control multiple production processes via HMI panels, maintaining detailed logs of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Previously, I supported research and quality work that strengthened my communication and organization skills. As a Research Assistant at CSIR – Institute of Industrial Research, I coordinated tasks and timelines with a multidisciplinary team and prepared comprehensive reports and presentation materials for internal knowledge-sharing. At Touton Cocoa Ghana, I conducted pre-packaging product analysis to ensure documented quality standards were met.

I’m fluent in English and confident in written and verbal communication, and I’m proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. With a genuine interest in growing into marketing and management, I’m excited to apply the same reliability and structure I use in quality and process support to executive assistance.
