As Product Owner for Pecha.org, I coordinate requirements between the development team and Tibetan language specialists. I manage the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and release planning for a digital Tibetan text platform, ensuring quality control and automation of text segment synchronization.

I developed botok, the first Tibetan word/sentence tokenizer, and pioneered the implementation of Translation Memory and Computer-Assisted Translation tools for Tibetan, consulting on technical and language-related questions for AI-assisted translation.

I guide translation teams through complex linguistic challenges and mentor over 25 students in specialized Tibetan Buddhist text translation. I facilitate communication between traditional Tibetan scholars and aspiring translators.

In this role, I corrected alignment between Tibetan and English texts for AI translation model training. I conducted quality assurance on bilingual text pairs and maintained detailed documentation of text alignment workflows.

I created Lucene Analyzers for search engines in Sanskrit, Tibetan, and Chinese, implementing language processing technologies for digital Buddhist archives and collaborating with teams to integrate these tools into web platforms.

Completed a Master in Linguistics, focusing on language technologies, translation, and natural language processing. Developed advanced skills in multilingual communication and product management.
