I'm currently studying Systems and Network Administration at NTV, building practical knowledge in Windows Server, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, PowerShell, and system administration.

At Sassy, I provide personal service and product guidance, resolve customer inquiries, manage sales and online orders, and respond to phone calls and emails. I work independently in a busy environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming customer experience.

My previous care assistant roles at Hrafnista and Hjúkrunarheimilið Ás strengthened my communication, responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while supporting people with different needs.

I'm looking to bring my customer-focused approach, organization, troubleshooting interest, and willingness to learn into an IT environment as I develop my career in systems administration, infrastructure, and eventually DevOps.
