What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote Junior Technical Support, Application Support, Software Support, or Customer Success role where I can combine customer communication with practical troubleshooting, research, testing, and documentation.

I've maintained self-hosted multiplayer server environments, investigated software issues through logs and testing, and built or modified Lua scripts to resolve problems and add functionality.

Through independent technical projects, I've managed SQL/MySQL databases, configured third-party resources and dependencies, tested changes before implementation, and used GitHub to organize development work. I also help users investigate reported issues and explain solutions clearly.

My customer-facing work in schools and retail has strengthened my patience, communication, confidentiality, and ability to stay calm while supporting people with different needs.
