I’m a Traffic Control Analyst with hands-on experience coordinating multi-country transportation operations across Brazil, Portugal, and the United States. I focus on real-time incident monitoring, route dispatch, and cross-functional communication with drivers, operators, and clients.
In my current role as Global Traffic Manager, I monitor operational incidents across 100+ routes daily and coordinate rapid response to minimize service disruption. I log and prioritize incidents end-to-end in Jira, track resolution with Zendesk outreach, and use reporting to improve on-time performance and reduce service disruptions.
Before that, I supported supply chain and repair timelines by tracking requisitions end-to-end in SAP HANA and reconciling receipts against purchase orders. Earlier, I delivered hands-on IT support in logistics environments by maintaining scanning hardware and resolving Wi-Fi network issues to keep distribution centers running reliably.
