What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend psychology and communication to design learning that works—coaching facilitators, improving curricula and assessments, and producing clear, high-quality educational content for meaningful outcomes.

I am a registered counselling psychologist, educator, and senior editor with over 20 years of cross-sector experience across higher education, NGO consulting, course design, and technical editing. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, learning, and communication, focused on translating complex ideas into accessible, impactful learning and content.

I’ve coached facilitators through facilitator coaching and online class observations, delivering tailored developmental feedback. I also led training on digital delivery, student engagement, and online andragogy, and I reviewed assessments for quality, alignment, and effective learning outcomes.

As an editor for Regenesys Business School, I edited course guides, assessments, and academic content across disciplines while supporting quality assurance of educational materials for clarity and consistency. Earlier as an independent consultant, I edited technical reports and publications for organisations including the Water Research Commission, World Bank, African Development Bank, and FAO—and co-authored national learning materials on water harvesting and conservation.

Alongside education work, I provide counselling in private practice for children, individuals, and couples, and I have completed school-based counselling and ICAS referrals. I bring a psychology-informed approach to coaching, mentoring, and training—so learners and teams can understand, apply, and succeed.
