What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can design learner-centered curricula and assessments, improve remote learning outcomes, mentor adult learners, and collaborate with teams focused on inclusive education and refugee support.

I am a journalism and communication specialist with a Master of Arts (cum laude) and 19 years' experience in academia and adult education, working extensively with diverse and refugee learners. I combine strong creative and analytical skills with hands-on experience designing curricula, assessments and learner support in competency-based and remote learning contexts.

I have led projects to update LMS content (Brightspace), designed gamified refresher trainings called “Fluency Sessions,” and co-developed institutional protocols for academic approaches to students’ use of AI. I have produced internal research (surveys, focus groups), monthly quality reports, and training materials used by staff and external partners.

I bring expertise in instructional design, assessment and moderation (e-tutoring and examining), presentation and facilitation, and creative production (desktop publishing, photo editing). I am detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to improve learner outcomes and institutional processes.
