What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level health information role where I can apply ICD-10 coding, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and EHR tools while learning from experienced teams.

I’m a highly motivated Health information management professional working toward my B.S. in Health Information Mangement at Indiana University, with a Medical Coding Certificate completed June 2023–May 2025.

In my work, I support patient flow and accurate records as a Front Receptionist, strengthening my comfort with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) systems, patient portals, and insurance verification and billing procedures. I bring a careful, HIPAA-minded approach to documentation standards, medical terminology, and organized record handling.

I also continue building real-world healthcare sensitivity through patient-facing roles like Certified NursingAssistant work, and I keep developing my skills in ICD 10 Coding through education and hands-on exposure to office processes. I’m looking to grow in a health information management environment where I can contribute reliably and learn quickly.
