Previously at QS Consulting, I owned 20+ strategic projects with more than US$5M in CAPEX across construction, aviation, manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate. I delivered projects on scope, schedule, and budget while improving EBITDA margin 5%, reducing production time 50%, and cutting COGS 15%.

I've designed operational infrastructure that makes delivery measurable: capacity models, stage gates, QA protocols, escalation frameworks, executive dashboards, SOPs, and AI-assisted knowledge systems. My work includes a US$3M+ air ambulance program for Tec de Monterrey and aviation certification programs for RLH Properties, Tec de Monterrey, and Fibra Danhos.

My background also includes financial modeling, M&A advisory, KPI reporting, manufacturing cost reduction, and tax operations. I use Lean root-cause analysis, rigorous project controls, and practical automation to turn complex work into reliable outcomes.
