At the University of Waterloo, I lead cross-functional teams supporting campus-wide Student Information Systems in the Registrar’s Office. I led the early implementation of Slate for Undergraduate Admissions and am centralizing Registrar’s Office services into a single, customer-focused ITSM support model.

I’ve improved technology delivery across higher education, SaaS, ITSM, and enterprise systems. At Doxim, I directed client onboarding and implementation, streamlining analysis and documentation practices to reduce project duration and delivery costs.

At ApplyBoard, I built the IT Business Services team and led Product Owners delivering corporate technology, RPA, and integration solutions. I prioritized NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday integrations around high-value business outcomes.

Earlier at Economical Insurance, I led business systems and process analysis practices, coached analysts in agile delivery, and supported a secure SailPoint IAM implementation. I’m a CBAP-certified, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt leader focused on empowering teams, creating clarity through change, and delivering secure, user-first technology experiences.
