What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand equitable college access through student-centered programming, school and community partnerships, family engagement, dual-enrollment exposure, and transition support for high school students.

At UCI GEAR UP, I coordinate student-centered college and career readiness programming for more than 450 students, supporting over 5,000 service hours across two years.

I guide students through financial aid, FAFSA completion, college admissions, career counseling, campus visits, and residential programs. I also build home-school connections through family workshops that strengthen educational literacy and access to opportunity.

I’ve supported incoming ninth-grade students through Summer Bridge programming and their first dual-enrollment course. I partner with school counselors to connect eighth-grade students with GEAR UP and higher-education resources.

My background in reading intervention and education informs how I build relationships, develop student leaders, and create equitable supports that increase student engagement.
