At Orange County Public Schools, I build partnerships with families, administrators, specialists, and community stakeholders to improve student outcomes. I use data to identify needs, develop targeted intervention plans, and adapt instruction for diverse learners.
At Rollins College Social Impact Hub, I built partnerships with university leaders, nonprofits, mentors, and community stakeholders to support social impact initiatives. I also facilitated learning sessions and coordinated projects; with the Rollins College Rwanda Program, I planned professional learning for educators and supported the development of sustainable educational resources.
