I am an accomplished instructional designer and educator with a strong commitment to enhancing student engagement and success. Currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Community Engagement & Recruitment at Rutgers University, I have successfully supervised and trained academic advising staff, positively impacting student retention and supporting significant revenue goals. My experience includes designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, resulting in increased completion rates and improved knowledge retention.

With a solid background in curriculum design and program management, I have developed innovative instructional materials that cater to various learning styles. My work at CUNY Graduate Center involved directing a training program for over 400 adult learners, achieving high retention rates and satisfaction levels.
