I am a dedicated mental health professional currently pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. With a strong foundation in Health Care Administration from Purdue University Global, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape. My academic journey, combined with my practical experience, has equipped me with the skills necessary to make a significant impact in the field of mental health.

In my current role as the Director of Social Services at Countryside Meadows, I have successfully collaborated with physicians to manage behavioral health for residents facing major mental illnesses. I take pride in developing personalized care plans that address each resident's unique strengths and weaknesses. My commitment to assessing psychosocial needs and coordinating effective discharge plans has been instrumental in enhancing the quality of care provided to our residents.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in crisis intervention, behavioral analysis, and strategic planning. I am passionate about fostering collaborative efforts across multiple platforms and systems to ensure comprehensive care.
