I’m looking to lead legal and privacy strategy for AI/data-driven products—partnering cross-functionally on commercial deals, building pragmatic compliance frameworks, and reducing risk so innovation and automation can scale.

I’m a forward-thinking, hands-on Corporate, Product, and Privacy Counsel with 20 years of progressive success, specializing in AI, AdTech, and privacy. I prioritize business objectives and turn global regulatory requirements into pragmatic solutions that enable growth, reduce legal spend, and advance innovation and automation.

At Bombora, I served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer—building and scaling the Legal, Privacy, and Compliance Departments as the first lawyer. I developed a “privacy first” program that positioned Bombora as a gold standard for intent data, navigating data brokerage regulations and programmatic advertising compliance while partnering cross-functionally across every department.

I lead negotiation and management of high-volume commercial agreements—including enterprise data licensing, SaaS, vendor, and strategic partnership contracts—and I built repeatable templates and playbooks to accelerate deal execution. I also managed M&A transactions end-to-end and scaled internal legal and privacy functions through robust processes and compliance frameworks, drawing on my earlier experience co-founding a firm and pioneering fractional General Counsel services for technology entrepreneurs.
