I am a senior legal counsel with 20+ years of experience advising international and local companies across multiple jurisdictions, including projects in Cyprus and Switzerland. I combine deep corporate-law expertise with hands-on experience in compliance, M&A, due diligence, and IPO preparation.

I have led and overseen legal teams of 10+ lawyers and also served as sole counsel in digital companies, building legal departments and processes from scratch. I design and implement compliance frameworks, internal policies, and data-protection programs aligned with GDPR and local legislation.

My background includes negotiating cross-border transactions, drafting complex contracts in English and Russian, and supporting digital projects with licensing, copyright, and telecom regulatory counsel.
