I'm looking for opportunities to lead restaurant, F&B, catering, or event operations, build high-performing service teams, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain strong quality, safety, and operational standards.

I've led restaurant, food and beverage, and event operations across Lebanon, Morocco, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia, including Loubnane by Ramy Ayach, Kababji, Hiror, Leylaty Group, Café Lenôtre, and Barnie’s.

I manage front- and back-of-house teams, menus, budgets, inventory, catering, food safety, customer complaints, and staff training. As an F&B trainer, I design and deliver programs that strengthen service, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
