At Tanzania Plant Health and Pesticides Authority (TPHPA), I participate in employee promotions, recategorization, and appointments. I also prepare salary arrears for employees, including acting allowances.
I prepare Training Needs Assessments and quarterly reports for the Human Resource and Administration Section. I coordinate staff performance appraisals and assist employees with performance plans and reporting through PEPMIS.
At Palace Hotel Arusha, I trained as a Human Resource Officer and assisted with recruitment and selection, official records, planning, and budgeting. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in Human Resource Management from Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA).
