What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support and Customer Support Specialist with 5+ years of experience across BPO and SaaS environments. I troubleshoot VPN, network, and application issues while meeting SLA, AHT, and quality benchmarks, always keeping the customer experience front and center.
In my current role as a Technical Support Representative at Astrill VPN (Veloxee Corp AG), I provide support via chat, email, and ticketing systems. I troubleshoot VPN connectivity across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and routers, document solutions, test new releases, and consistently hit SLA and quality targets.
Previously, as a Customer Support Representative at Mindbridge BPO (Uber Eats), I managed high-volume inbound queries and investigated cases to resolution. I processed refunds using Bliss (Uber) while meeting strict AHT, SLA, and quality standards, and supported onboarding new hires and improvements to documentation.
Before stepping fully into support, I completed my BS (Hons) in Computer Science at GIFT University, with a final-year project on vehicle classification and license plate recognition (VCLPRS). That engineering mindset strengthens how I approach problems—structured diagnosis, clear documentation, and reliable outcomes through incident management and cross-functional collaboration.
