What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote-friendly opportunities where I can lead end-to-end software, web, and DevOps delivery, coordinate distributed teams and international stakeholders, and improve planning, release workflows, and operational performance.

I lead delivery execution and technical direction for software, web, and DevOps teams at Web Lankan, managing 25+ concurrent client projects built with Laravel, PHP, and Next.js.

I run end-to-end Jira and Kanban workflows, coordinate client stakeholders, plan capacity, and support reliable staging-to-production releases through GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.

Previously at Prime One Global, I managed multi-branch operations, budgets, HR infrastructure, performance frameworks, and resource coordination while aligning cloud, web, DevOps, and AI initiatives with organizational KPIs.

I also remain hands-on with commercial web development, building and maintaining WordPress, Laravel, React.js, Node.js, and Vue.js sites, alongside Flask integrations, hosting deployments, and Cloudflare DNS routing.
