At Trafforge, I manage concurrent client accounts and lead a 25+ person Dev, QA, and UX/UI team across Sri Lanka and the US. At Velou, I managed AI-driven catalog enrichment delivery, streamlined feature-request workflows to reduce request-to-development lag by approximately 25%, and automated coordination work to save an estimated five hours per week.

I use Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall practices to bring clarity across distributed teams, stakeholders, and product roadmaps. My toolkit includes Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Make.com, and Microsoft 365, and I'm a Certified ScrumMaster with a Software Engineering degree.
