What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can support customers or students, resolve process issues, maintain accurate reporting, and grow my skills in coordination, analytics, and business operations.

At upGrad Education Private Limited, I manage day-to-day operational activities and support students through end-to-end processes.

I assist students across the examination lifecycle, from scheduling through completion, while proactively resolving queries and operational issues. I also support report preparation, data accuracy, and operational documentation.

Previously, I worked as a Digital Marketing Trainee at Optimized Infotech, supporting brand projects, digital campaigns, contact management, and presentations.

My background also includes a marketing internship at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where I learned insurance processes, telephonic ethics, customer conversion, and documentation requirements.
