I maintained Excel records and reports, and verified and onboarded customers while coordinating with internal teams to address document issues. When an investment plan was delayed despite complete documents, I gathered details, escalated the issue, and followed up until it was resolved.

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Webllisto, I tracked audience engagement and prepared performance reports. I also managed social content and creatives in Canva and supported campaigns with SEO keyword research.

My project work includes planning a college fest in Trello, creating SEO-based blog content, and completing a capstone analysis of operational efficiency and strategic growth.
