At Kiwi, I owned growth and onboarding and led initiatives across bank integrations and AI. I redesigned the entry experience around progressive disclosure, intent building, and lower-friction sequencing, improving registration-to-card-issued conversion by 82% over one year.
I led onboarding experiments and worked with partner banks to improve video KYC operations, lifting completion from 56% to 65%. Consent-based document retrieval improved document submission from 25% to 40%, and an exit journey I built redirected unsuccessful users to other Kiwi products, with 10% converting to a credit line.
I launched a new issuing bank integration with engineering and bank teams, covering API integrations, consent flows, eligibility and routing logic, and the bank-specific journey. I also built and launched an LLM agent that turns campaign briefs into live rewards campaigns, cutting setup from three days to one hour.
Earlier, at Indus Insights, I designed a risk-tiered account-lock policy that cut 30+ DPD by 10% and bad debt by 2%, and shipped a roll-rate loss forecast model that raised forecast accuracy from 92% to 96%. At IIT Madras, my academic projects included computer-vision eye tracking for stress measurement and an ECG classifier for arrhythmia records.
