I troubleshoot application and API-support issues by inspecting inputs, outputs, logs, and data to isolate the failing layer. I implement bounded fixes, add verification, document findings and test outcomes, and maintain clear operational handoffs.

Through my independent Harshu AI OS project, I've built local-first Python and FastAPI modules for JSON/CSV processing, structured errors, logging, retries, tests, and clear service boundaries.

I've also implemented RAG ingestion and retrieval workflows with chunking, embeddings, ChromaDB, metadata, citations, evaluation, and abstention checks. I value small, testable deliverables, transparent scope, and reproducible local development.
