At NTT DATA Services, I manage technical recruitment across 20+ client accounts and multiple technology domains, handling 10ā15 active requirements at a time.
I build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, market mapping, and Boolean search. I screen 30ā40 candidates weekly, coordinate virtual drives, and guide candidates from interview scheduling through offer negotiation and onboarding.
I use SAP SuccessFactors, Eightfold AI, and Talent Neuron AI to improve workflows, benchmark salaries, analyze hiring trends, and resolve selection bottlenecks with hiring managers. I have also supported global sourcing for US and Mexico markets, building skill-specific pools of 100+ candidates.
Earlier at ICICI Bank, I managed branch operations, financial-transaction due diligence, AML and KYC compliance, and customer portfolios. Iām looking to bring my HR management and international sourcing experience to a global hiring organization.
