What I'm looking for

I am seeking a junior-to-mid cybersecurity or IT support role where I can apply Active Directory, Office 365, incident response, and system monitoring skills, continue certifications, and grow in a collaborative team with clear progression.

I am an enthusiastic, detail-oriented IT professional and Certified Cyber Security Practitioner (CE-CSP) currently strengthening my core support and security knowledge through CompTIA A+ and Security+ study. I have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365 administration, remote support, and AWS fundamentals.

In my recent role as a Trainee Cyber Security Consultant I developed incident response plans, monitored systems, produced technical reports for senior management, and gained experience with network monitoring tools. Earlier roles include Environmental Consultant and Laboratory Technician where I delivered compliance documentation, technical reporting, and maintained equipment to achieve 99% uptime.

I am proactive, a strong problem-solver, and skilled at explaining technical issues to non-technical users; I aim to apply these strengths in a collaborative team to deliver dependable IT support and practical cybersecurity outcomes.
