I’m a results-driven System Administrator with 3+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. I’ve supported production systems end-to-end—monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and maintaining high availability across Azure, VMware, and IBM AIX.

In my current role supporting Bertus (Netherlands), I manage infrastructure across Azure, VMware, and IBM AIX and administer backups using Azure Backup Server and Veeam—ensuring a 100% backup success rate. I also lead cloud migration tasks, including VMware to Azure transitions, while performing daily server health checks and log analysis.

I bring strong operational visibility through monitoring tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, and Argus dashboards. I manage secure FTP servers for data exchange and operational workflows, configure and manage storage systems (IBM Storwize, NAS), and automate routine monitoring and operational processes.

Previously, as an International Technical Associate, I delivered L2/L3 support for clients in the UK and Canada, handling VM setup, RAID configuration, OS installation, monthly patching, and security updates. I also configured firewalls using Palo Alto with NAT and custom policies, performed NFS data migration and server optimization, and supported virtualization technologies including Hyper-V and VMware during my trainee experience.
