I'm currently leading regional HR administration at Vi Agroforestry, driving recruitment, onboarding, labour-law compliance, HR policy updates, process digitization, safeguarding, and employee wellness. Previously at the British Council, I supported people operations across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Sudan, South Sudan, and Ethiopia.
I've built and strengthened HR functions at Northern Galaxy Hotel and HIVOS Foundation, including implementing HR manuals, policies, performance tools, records management, recruitment systems, and diversity initiatives. My work spans payroll, HRIS data management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, audits, and multi-country HR support.
