What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-centered wellness or nutrition role where I can combine coaching, education, scheduling, follow-up, and organized care while continuing to grow in human clinical nutrition.

At Bioenergetic Health & Wellness Center, I support client-facing operations, scheduling, organization, and daily administrative needs.

I also own Body Craft LLC, where I guide clients from onboarding through recurring check-ins, documentation, follow-up, and ongoing nutrition and fitness support. In 2025, I supported 20+ clients while maintaining approximately 90% retention.

Previously at Soldierfit, I delivered one-on-one and group training alongside nutrition coaching for clients with varied ages, abilities, and experience levels. I adapt support around safety, individual needs, accountability, and a positive facility experience.

I'm pursuing an M.S. in Human Clinical Nutrition and bring a B.S. in Nutrition, NASM CPT/CNC credentials, and a client-care approach grounded in calm communication, cleanliness, safety, and follow-through.
