What I'm looking for

I’m seeking employment that expands my working experience and helps me gain more skills as a professional. I’ll use my skills, passion, and prior experience to thrive and support people in making lasting lifestyle changes.

I’m a college graduate with a B.A. in Public Health (concentration in Recreation Therapy) and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. As a Health and Wellness Coach at Ramp Health, I identify clients’ health and wellness goals, build plans to help them achieve those goals, and provide ongoing support so they stay on track.

I also bring hands-on training experience, including strength and conditioning program support aligned with NSCA standards and clinical exercise physiology work analyzing medical history to design exercise regimens for cardiorespiratory function, lung endurance, and motor skills. I’m motivated to expand my working experience, gain more skills as a professional, and thrive in any environment where I can help others make lasting lifestyle changes.
