What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support construction-site and design-office teams through IT assistance, digital project tracking, and Power BI reporting, while growing in a BTP-focused environment.

I've supported users, maintained IT equipment, and kept production work moving at a printing and graphic design workshop in Kef.

During internships with Poste Tunisienne and SONEDE, I maintained workstations and printers, configured business software and systems, and diagnosed hardware and software issues.

I'm trained in IT support for management systems and use Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and dashboards to support reporting and project follow-up.
