I'm looking to lead complex engineering or business-services delivery, improve operations, build high-performing teams, and align digital solutions with strategic business goals.

I lead complex delivery projects and international teams across engineering and business services. At Bertrandt Engineering Technologies, I manage daily operations, improve processes, develop teams, and strengthen client relationships.

Previously at Thales Rail Signaling Solutions, I led software development for railway signaling products, balancing waterfall and Agile delivery, workload planning, KPIs, and risk mitigation.

During nearly a decade at Expleo, I led project delivery for outsourcing programs, managing 16 project managers, 400 consultants, and €20M in annual revenue. I also managed project P&L, client negotiations, project roadmaps, ERP dashboard transitions, automotive engineering projects, and cost-reduction initiatives.
