At Paybooks, I own end-to-end design for a global HCM platform serving 12,000+ employees across 12 modules and 200+ screens. I translate compliance-heavy HR logic into auditable multi-step flows, contribute accessible WCAG-aware patterns, and use agentic workflows to move from research and exploration through code export and live deployment.
Previously at Pickright, I designed AI-powered reporting dashboards used by 60 relationship managers across a 1.2M+ client base and helped build the Nuvama AI assistant platform from zero to one. I also redesigned high-traffic product pages that increased conversion by roughly 40%.
