At CBREX, I’m the sole designer across Marketplace, C TAP, and Sourcing and Payrolling, owning end-to-end design for 12+ shipped features. I turn complex recruiter workflows into scalable enterprise SaaS experiences, from AI-assisted job posting to semantic internal candidate search.
I’ve redesigned legacy job creation into a dynamic three-step, country-aware flow with WCAG AA considerations, and designed a unified Source & Publish experience for ATS, Marketplace, and hybrid users. My process combines proxy user research, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, and prototype reviews to surface risks early and align product, engineering, and business decisions.
Previously, I designed travel booking, B2B finance wallet, education, and job-board experiences, including a platform-wide design system adopted across partner university templates. I enjoy building clear systems, responsive interfaces, and practical AI-assisted workflows for complex products.
