At Tech Superior Consulting, I own end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS and enterprise workflows, from research and user flows through interfaces, systems, and handoff. I designed CollectivWork HRMS from concept to a live platform used by 50+ B2B clients for daily HR operations.

As the sole designer for a manufacturing ERP procurement module, I took 150+ screens across four user roles from 0 to 1. I digitised a purchase-request-to-PO process previously managed through Excel, calls, and emails, while identifying and restructuring a data-model issue before build.

I've simplified HR workflows through research and flow redesign, reducing task completion time by 35% and admin setup time by 25%. I also built a 100+ component design system that reduced UI design time by about 30% and cut revision rounds from three to one.

Previously, at Centillion, I created high-fidelity Figma screens, prototypes, wireframes, and testable interfaces for web applications. My earlier work at RMSI with GIS data strengthened my ability to work with complex information, enterprise requirements, and accuracy-focused systems.
