At Bank of America – Merrill Lynch Technology Services, I lead the GBS AI Council and advance responsible AI adoption across business and technology teams. I own end-to-end product management for AI governance tooling, translating stakeholder feedback into platform enhancements and governance controls.
I led the iSkill Application rollout to 100% adoption across all Lines of Business. I also led GBS Apps accessibility projects to WCAG 2.1 compliance across eight applications, and project managed a Java Full-Stack upskilling program for 450+ resources.
In Global Wholesale Banking technology, I directed portfolio management and migration for the US Treasury business, delivering $1.76M in quantified business impact. I also led a delivery team of up to 42 members and introduced a cross-training model that improved productivity by 17% and reduced the staffing budget by 9%.
Earlier, at HSBC Global Technology, I developed SAMS, a Sales and Marketing System supporting customer scorecards and campaign lifecycle management. At IBM Global Services India, via Infinite Computer Solutions, I delivered a Billing and Payments System for American Express credit card operations. I’m also the primary inventor on a USPTO-pending patent for a neuroadaptive banking platform.
