I’m looking for a role where I can own operations and client relationships, handle escalations quickly, and lead teams to improve service quality—ideally with remote cross-timezone collaboration and clear opportunities for process improvement.

I’m an operations and client management professional with over 15 years of experience, including remote work supporting companies in the US and Canada. I’m comfortable managing large client portfolios, owning day-to-day operations, and communicating clearly with both clients and internal teams.

In my current role as Operations & Client Relations Manager, I manage relationships with 70+ residential property clients across multiple properties in Maine, USA. I serve as the main point of contact for client queries and updates, run regular review meetings, and resolve tenant escalations by coordinating with maintenance teams to track and close open issues.

I also partner with finance teams to prepare cost estimates and secure client approvals before work is carried out. I lead onboarding of new properties into the portfolio, managing the full setup and handover process to ensure everything starts smoothly.

Previously at Maxsold (Canada/USA) and Helios Outsourcing (Chennai), I handled escalations via calls, chat, and email, delivered training sessions and webinars, and created training documents to keep the team consistent. I’ve also led onshore and offshore support operations, prepared performance reports, drove process improvements, and was recognized as “Employee of the Month” for consistent customer service quality.
