Harinand P

I’m a Computer Science undergraduate specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision, with hands-on experience building and deploying real-time computer vision, edge AI, and embedded systems using Python and modern ML frameworks. I’ve developed systems that balance accuracy with on-device performance, like my real-time EO/IR military entity detection pipeline using YOLOv8, running at 28–30 FPS on Raspberry Pi and achieving 85–88% accuracy across 7 entity types.

I also work across autonomy and embedded robotics—leading avionics and fabrication in an SAE Aero Design team while engineering mission-specific RC aircraft and autonomous flight systems. Beyond CV and embedded work, I build intelligent assistants too, including a fully local RAG document Q&A system (LangChain, ChromaDB, Ollama/Llama 3.2) with cited answers, and I’ve been recognized with Best User Interface (Enigma 2024) and Best Research Paper (NCRIE-2025) for projects spanning XAI and edge-powered IoT intelligence.
