At Amazon, I investigate high-volume compliance and fraud-related cases, review suspicious signals, and document root causes using SQL and Excel.
As an Investigation Specialist, I processed 2,500+ complex cases across NA and EU regions, escalated high-risk issues, and supported chargeback and claims handling with finance, legal, and operations teams.
In my current product compliance role, I maintain accurate records, develop SOPs, classify products against operating procedures, and flag hazardous, illegal, unsafe, or restricted items for removal.
I also bring experience training AI models on classification tasks and working as an AI Trainer with Telugu and English language data. My academic deep-learning project used Python and TensorFlow to detect brain tumours from MRI images with approximately 96% accuracy.
