At Huawei Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd., I managed projects and network operations for Airtel, Vodafone, Telenor/Uninor, and Aircel. In the Rest of Karnataka cluster, I led a team of 22 engineers and 20 technicians/riggers.

Earlier, at Spice Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd., I managed GSM rollout and BSS operations across North Karnataka; Spice Telecom recognized my work deploying 75 cell sites in 15 days.
