Hanzla Sarfraz

I am a recent Bachelor of Science graduate in International Relations with focused study in Peace and Conflict Studies and International Organizations. My thesis examined UN mediation in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, highlighting geopolitical challenges and limitations.

I have hands-on experience in policy research, drafting research summaries and briefing notes used for advocacy, and coordinating relief campaigns with partner organizations. I launched and managed a social-media donation campaign and supported flood-relief distribution efforts.

My practical roles include a social worker internship supporting public health policy research and a digital communications associate role involving social media management and communications. I bring strong event planning experience, having organized and received awards for international conference event management.

I am results-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused, with advanced Microsoft Office skills, basic graphic design, social media and digital advertising knowledge, and fluency in English and Urdu. I am eager to contribute to an organization that fosters growth and professional development.
