What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build agentic AI systems and AI-native engineering infrastructure as a hands-on individual contributor, with architectural ownership, complex technical problems, and opportunities for cross-team adoption and technical leadership.

At Anaconda, I architected a six-phase agentic pipeline that generated 50%+ of a roughly 400-test suite without manual scaffolding. I built graph-based context systems, multi-model Claude orchestration, AI-assisted engineering tools, and reusable AI infrastructure for teams across the organisation.

I've built test automation and QA infrastructure from scratch across Electron, backend services, APIs, CLIs, and enterprise applications. My work spans Playwright, pytest, Java, Python, TypeScript, AWS, CI/CD, white-box integration testing, and risk-based coverage strategy.

At EPAM, I prototyped multi-agent and multi-LLM systems using Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, Neo4j, and GraphRAG, while leading enterprise automation architecture. I stay deliberately on the IC track, earning architectural authority through technical ownership, mentoring, reviews, and cross-team adoption.
