What I'm looking for
I’m a dedicated Behavioral Health Case Manager serving individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and justice-system involvement. I combine case management with crisis intervention, harm reduction, and strong client advocacy to help people move toward stability.
At Amity Foundation, I support justice-involved clients through individualized case management that drives successful community reintegration. I coordinate housing, medical and behavioral health appointments, and benefits navigation (SSI/GR), while providing crisis intervention, recovery support, and accurate psychosocial documentation.
Before that, I supported discharge planning and connected patients to mental health, housing, and substance use services at BHC Alhambra Hospital. Earlier, as a Shift Leader at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, I built leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment—strengths I still bring to care coordination today. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and I’m committed to thoughtful, person-centered support.
