What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead labor relations work—grievance/arbitration prep, investigations, and collective bargaining—building collaborative labor‑management partnerships while advising senior leadership to minimize risk and ensure CBA compliance.

I’m a labor relations professional with progressive experience across unionized environments, currently supporting approximately 1,600 employees across two unions. I focus on full-cycle grievance investigations, arbitration preparation, collective bargaining support, and labor investigations while ensuring compliance with CBAs and regulatory requirements.

In my current role as a Labor Relations Manager at Transdev, I serve as the primary liaison for union interactions—responding to information requests, coordinating labor meetings, maintaining grievance logs, and producing reports and correspondence for leadership and clients. I also advise management on labor relations strategies and track labor issues to resolution, maintaining CBA libraries and supporting special HR and operations projects to minimize company exposure and strengthen labor-management relations.

Previously, as a Labor Management Relations Examiner with the National Labor Relations Board, I conducted investigations into unfair labor practices and representation cases. I interviewed employees, employers, and witnesses, prepared detailed investigative reports and case recommendations, and coordinated union secret ballot elections—upholding confidentiality and impartiality throughout high-risk proceedings.

My foundation includes union leadership and hands-on operations: I’ve served as an NLRBU Vice President and an IAM Union Steward, negotiating contract terms, mediating between union members and management, and leading union meetings. Earlier in my career, I also built training and people-focused experience—developing simulator operations training materials and teaching—backing my commitment to clear communication, compliance, and practical problem-solving.
