I am looking for a role that allows me to advocate for workers' rights and promote equitable practices while fostering a collaborative work environment.

I am an experienced union leader with over 20 years of expertise in labor relations, employee advocacy, and leadership within the federal workforce. My skills include mediation, grievance resolution, and navigating complex labor-management relations. I am dedicated to improving workplace environments and advocating for workers' rights through strategic negotiations.

In my current role as the National Fair Practice Coordinator, I serve as the primary liaison for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) concerns, providing support and advocacy to union members facing discrimination and harassment. I have successfully led recruitment and diversity initiatives, ensuring an inclusive workforce while overseeing union activities across multiple states.

Throughout my career, I have held various leadership positions, including President and Treasurer of local unions, where I managed financial operations, represented members during investigations, and facilitated communication between employees and management. My commitment to fair treatment and equitable practices drives my work, and I continuously seek to empower union members through education and advocacy.
