Hamza SADAOUI
@hamzasadaoui
AI & data governance leader driving FAIR data quality and responsible Data for AI across enterprise programs.
What I'm looking for
I lead AI & data governance programs focused on measurable data quality, FAIR maturity, and responsible “Data for AI” outcomes. I’ve designed and operationalised the EC Data Quality & FAIR maturity framework (Levels 1–5), translating governance into usable questionnaires, KPIs, pilots, and data-asset integration in the EC Data Catalogue.
I also set up the Data for AI governance framework, including the Data for AI Management Guide & Checklist. Using expertise in GenAI architectures (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG, RLHF), I help teams manage AI data lifecycle risks such as hallucination, data leakage, poisoning, and retrieval risks.
Previously, as DATA PROJECT DIRECTOR at SGP, I directed the scoping and design of a Data Supervision Platform for the Grand Paris Express metro lines. I led architecture analysis and delivered full Tender Documentation (DCE), aligning IT strategy with long-term business supervision needs.
At THALES, I was CHIEF DATA OFFICER, managing around fifteen data experts and leading project delivery for data intelligence platforms using AI and Big Data. Earlier, I built deep analytical and machine learning expertise as a DATA SCIENTIST in healthcare and as a STATISTICIAN at INSERM (Competing Risks / survival analysis), grounding my governance work in rigorous data science.
