At Bublishing, I coordinate four 3PL partners across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and international markets, supporting worldwide fulfilment at peak order volumes of 70,000–80,000+.
I coordinated a migration between 3PL providers that transferred 450,000+ inventory units to new warehouse locations. I also align shipments from production in China with six warehouses and resolve order holds, backorders, address issues, and routing gaps.
I created an account reconciliation process for eight months of production and shipping invoices, investigating billing discrepancies. I also developed routing SOPs and fulfilment network reports covering warehouse coverage, inventory, and capacity.
